The app policy below is also available inside FPL4FLIGHT. This company website does not access your mobile account or app data. Its contact form prepares an email on your device; your message is sent only when you send it from your email app. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser makes requests to that service.
To delete your account and associated data, follow our account deletion instructions, including the current retention details.
01.Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly:
- Account information (email, name)
- Aircraft registration data
- Flight planning data and form submissions
- Chat content and media you choose to share
- Device information needed for app functionality and security
- Sanitized crash and diagnostic details, such as the affected screen, app version, and device platform
02.Location Data
The Map uses foreground location to display your position. Live Track can collect location in the background only after you start a tracking session and grant permission; track points are stored locally on your device. A location is sent to the chat service only when you explicitly choose Share Location.

We use collected information to:

- Sync your data across devices
- Diagnose crashes and improve our services
- Send important service notifications

04.Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for data storage with Row Level Security ensuring only you can access your own data. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

- With your explicit consent
- With service providers who assist in operating the App (under strict confidentiality)

07.Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. When you request account deletion, cloud account data is removed through the deletion workflow, subject to limited security, legal, and backup-retention requirements. Locally stored files and track history can remain on a device until the App or its data is removed.
08.Children’s Privacy
FPL4FLIGHT is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
