By accessing or using FPL4FLIGHT ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

FPL4FLIGHT provides digital flight planning tools, aircraft management, and form submission services for aviation professionals. The App is intended as a supplementary tool and must not be used as the sole source for flight-critical decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
04.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Transmit any harmful or malicious code
- Interfere with other users’ use of the App
- Use the App’s navigation features for actual flight operations

All content, features, and functionality of FPL4FLIGHT are owned by FPL4FLIGHT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
06.Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FPL4FLIGHT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP. THE MAP AND NAVIGATION FEATURES MUST NOT BE USED FOR REAL FLIGHT OPERATIONS.
07.Limitation of Liability
FPL4FLIGHT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
08.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.
